TERMS & CONDITIONS
No cash and/or credit card reimbursements will be issued for items purchased at Holly Eyewear.
All in-store¹ and online² items listed as sale, clearance and promotional are final sale.
Online exchanges are subject to new shipping charges at customer expense.
Salable condition: We accept exchanges on items that are in perfect resale condition and that are returned to the retail store, with all the original accessories in perfect resale condition. Holly Eyewear reserves the right to refuse an exchange, based on the salability of an item and/or accessory.
DEFINITIONS
¹In-store: Is defined as any item purchased in a physical Holly Eyewear brick and mortar retail location.
It is the responsibility of the client to methodically and thoroughly review every item and accessory prior to point of sale.
²Online: Is defined as any item purchased via e-commerce methodology.
Additionally, the e-commerce methodology includes special and unique purchases for items, where the payment was collected via email transfer and all other variable “online” and “digital” payment formats – outside of the standard Holly Eyewear website payment processing portal.

*Exchange values: Exchanged items may be of equal value or greater value (requiring additional payment) or lesser value (prompting a credit note to be issued for the remaining balance – excluding shipping and other variable custom fees).
*“Receipt of item” is not in reference to when the client receives the item “in hand”.
*“Receipt of item” is only (and exclusively) in reference to when the delivery tracking (shipping confirmation) of item is listed as “delivered”.
Delivery notice: If the “delivered tracking date” and the customer “in hand” date are different, we will not make any exceptions to the 7-day online exchange policy. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to retrieve their packages in a timely manner. Exemptions will be considered (on a case-by-case basis) only if the delivery company is entirely at fault and has falsified the delivery date. Verified proof of this falsification and erroneous action is required.
Salability: Is in reference to an items ability to be “sold and/or resold”. Questioning if an item is fit and able to be sold.
The salable recommendation is non-negotiable and exclusively subjective to the associate completing the review of the item.
