Upon Arrival of Appointment:

1) Doors will be locked please call number on door to be assisted.

2) Clients and groups (3-4 individuals max) that are together will be invited into the boutique at the time of their appointment.

3) Everyone must wear a mask. 

4) Clients are allowed to remove masks when trying on frames - at this time all associates will remain 2 meters apart.

5) All frames that are tried on will be set aside for disinfection and sanitation between appointments.

When shopping:

1) We will keep 2 meters apart from each other. 

2) We will both disinfect our hands. 

3) We will disinfect our instruments. 

4) Sneeze into a tissue or your elbow. 

Note: Please do not visit if you are coughing, sneezing or have a cold. 

Client Walk-In Protocol:

If you have forgotten to book an appointment or you were in the neighbourhood and wanted to walk-in, please review the following:

1) Our doors are locked, please call number on door to be assisted.

2) If appointments are in session we ask that you come back or give us a call to ensure an associate can let you know when to return.

3) Rest assured all frames that are tried on from previous appointments are expeditiously disinfected and sanitized by our associates.
